The silent protests affect the team and the manager and are shocking tactics.
Who wants to play for a team where supporters dont support them for 90 minutes.
Players all over europe must be thinking why would i want to play there??
And if we lose a few games the boos will start which will have greater effect on the players.
Im all for challenging the board but not to the detriment of the team or the manager.
The full effect of these actions including not buying merchandise will affect the club long term.
Why would Adidas renew a contract with a club where supporters dont back the club?
The organisers need to think long and hard about the long term effect of their proposals and actions.
I think you raise some very valid points Dan, and I also think the CFC have been listening. It’s early days, everyone involved is giving up time while juggling jobs and family life etc. They’ve also only had three meetings so far, so it is also a case of very much finding their feet.
