Vil Sinisalo praises key Celtic figure Fozzy who needs to be involved next season

Celtic goalkeeper Vil Sinisalo has praised Mark Fotheringham. Fozzy has been a hit with the fans but it’s clear that the former Celtic midfielder has endeared himself to the players as he continues to assist Martin O’Neill alongside Shaun Maloney.

In an interview with Celtic TV, the Finnish goalkeeper praised Fozzy’s coaching ability but above all, praised him as a person.

It is clear that Fotheringham is a big hit within the club and he should be involved next season if it is possible. Shaun Maloney is expected to be retained in a key role behind the scenes as Celtic look to restructure after a thoroughly challenging season.

Sinisalo is establishing himself as Celtic No.1 after Kasper Schmeichel was sidelined with a recurring shoulder injury after a number of errors.
